
My work focuses on creating safe, grounded environments where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build awareness through embodied, guided, and consent-based touch practices. I offer yoga, movement, guided meditation, and intuitive touch sessions that support regulation, presence, and nervous-system awareness, meeting each person where they are.
I believe real change happens through presence, choice, and feeling safe in the body. My role is not to fix or treat, but to hold space that allows people to meet themselves with clarity and compassion.
Offerings are available online and in person in Carlsbad, California.
