Frequently Asked Questions

 General Policies

Open, respectful communication is important to me.

If a question, concern, or misunderstanding arises before, during, or after a class or session, I ask that you reach out to me directly so we can address it together.

You’re welcome to contact me by email, text, or conversation. Most issues can be resolved quickly and calmly when communicated openly.

I am committed to listening, clarifying, and finding resolution whenever possible. Approaching concerns directly helps maintain trust, safety, and integrity for everyone involved.

Yes. Yin Solutions reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time if boundaries are not respected.

Booking & Payment

All classes, private sessions, and bodywork are booked through my scheduling and payment system Vagaro. You will be guided through available options, times, and details when you book.

Yes. I offer class packs, packages and memberships that provide flexibility and savings. Current options are listed in the booking system.

 Online Classes

Yes. Please arrive on time so we can begin together without disruption. Late entry may not be permitted.

Yes. Cameras remain on for safety, presence, and group integrity. Sessions are not recorded.

Please set up your camera so you full body is visible in a horizontal position when you are on the mat. We will mostly be sitting or laying down.

This allows me to see overall alignment rather than close-up body parts.

Make sure you have enough clear space to move comfortable and a stable place to position your camera.

Auto-tracking, auto-zoom (Center Stage), or background blur features must be turned off, as they interfere with visibility and alignment cues.

If adequate space or camera setup isn't available, the class may not be a good fit.

 In-Person Sessions

Yes.

My offerings are supportive and restorative, with a focus on relaxation, presence, and nervous system regulation. They are non-clinical and not medical or psychological treatment.

Absolutely. Communication and comfort are always encouraged and respected.

 Clothing-Optional Offerings

Clothing-optional means you may remain fully clothed, partially clothed, or unclothed based entirely on your comfort. There is no expectation to remove clothing, and consent is always respected.

All sessions are consent-based, professional, and focused on presence, relaxation, and embodied awareness. Touch, movement, and pacing are guided with clear boundaries, and communication is encouraged at any time.

Sessions are clothing optional for both practitioner and client, I follow the same consent-based, professional approach, and you are never required to remove clothing.

Erections are a natural physiological response and may occur. They are not a problem, as long as nothing is acted upon and session boundaries are respected.

 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or reschedules made 12+ hours before your session may be credited or rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.

Approved refunds are processed through Vagaro and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

  Location

In-person offerings are held in Carlsbad, California. Online sessions are available worldwide.
